&
2) successfully complete a livescan (fingerprint) criminal background check

(we will have copies for you to fill out on-site)
​and have a valid form of ID (a California Driver License is acceptable)

​at your convenience but as soon as you can:

or complete the General Training (for staff)

Upon completion, please print and and/or email
